Internship at Handle
For my senior internship I worked and apprenticed under Chef Briar Handly of Handle in Parklfi City, Utah. Under Chef Briar I was able to learn the ins and outs of working in a bustling kitchen. A few of my duties included but were not limited to; morning food prep, creating new dishes to add to the menu, calculating food costs, and menu pricing.
