Below you will find a copy of the Handle menu. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to contribute two of my own dishes to this menu; Grilled Octopus & Mussels as well as the Grouper dish. In addition to adding these dishes to the menu, I was given the task of calculating the food cost of each of the items as well as determining a profitable price for each. Below you will also find pictures of my knife skills and a picture of the Grouper dish plated. All of these artifacts are proof of my continued success in achieving my goals at Handle.
